Entrepreneur with life experience in the construction industry, Mr. Sleiman brings to ADC new ideas, the thrust for its future development, in depth knowledge of the construction industry, company operational know how and vision of the next steps ahead. Mr. Sleiman holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Valuation & Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the USA and started his career in the Gulf region in the 1986. Carrier Corporation, the International air-conditioning UAE subsidiary was the start. Shortly after, Mr. Sleiman worked as a managing partner for a local entity and developed its activity in the Oil & Gas and Construction field in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Throughout the 90’s, a number of successful international joint ventures and landmark projects were attributed to his persistency, hard work and daring business decisions that continued well after his venturing elsewhere. Prior to setting up ADC, Mr. Sleiman started up into the supply chain of the air-conditioning business with clear focus on the District Cooling sector and its evolution in the region. The flagship that ADC became what it is today as a result of its employee’s team work, consistent corporate system building, and its managers’ and partners’ great minds coming together. That is the business leadership role that Ibrahim nourishes, believes in and practices.  Tawfiq Abu Soud
 Chief Executive Officer

With over 33 years' experience in the construction industry including oil & gas, utilities, MEP and contracting fields, and in project development, Mr. Tawfiq Abu Soud has built, diversified and expanded divisions across several companies & Countries. He was previously responsible of the oil & gas operations with Qatar-based MANCO Contracting WLL and Managing Director of Drake & Scull Water and Power (DSWP), the Managing Director of EFECO (a subsidiary of Arabtec Construction), previously holds the position of the Chief Executive Officer of Arabtec Construction subsidiaries which includes, Target Engineering, EFECO, Ready-mix, Precast, Steel fabrication, Facilities management, Infrastructure Engineering and House of equipment. Currently he is holding the position of Chief Executive Officer in ADC Energy Systems LLC. Mr. Abu Soud was DSI's longest serving executive with 18 years behind him – Mr. Abu Soud was responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with existing and potential business partners, and identifying opportunities for expansion along with stimulating demand for the water and power solutions. He has overseen multiple areas including leading the company's regional expansion effort and delivering highly complex projects under challenging circumstances. He was a founding member of the Initial Public Offering of Drake& Scull International and an Executive Board Member for 6 years. Mr. Abu Soud has a post graduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Hull, UK as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) (specializing in mechanical engineering) from Southern Illinois University, USA.
