Bawabat Al Sharq Development Temporary Cooling Provision

The temporary cooling provision is for Procuring, Installing and Operating Water Cooled Chilled Water Plant, Network, Power Generator Sets and associated works related to the Mall and three (3) adjacent buildings located within the Bawabat Al Sharq Development Project, in Baniyas East, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The project consists of deploying high efficiency packaged and mobile chiller plants which include water cooled chillers, packaged cooling towers, chilled water and condenser water pumps, make-up water tanks and pumps, side stream filtration system, diesel power generator sets, step up transformers, ring main, fuel tanks, controls, etc…. 24-Hour Operation and Maintenance teams are deployed to maintain proper cooling provision in an efficient and continuous manner.
