Dragon Mart Phase 2

The Scope of Works is for the Design and Build of 7,500 TR Modular Package District Cooling Plant complete with all accessories to provide District Cooling services which meet all governmental and environmental requirements and all other specifications requirements of the Contract. The works include installation of chiller modules complete with pumps, cooling towers, power module, chilled water and condenser water pipes and accessories, HVAC, drainage, fire fighting, electrical and control system, steel framing structure and minimal civil works.
