North DCP, Lusail City

Lusail City is being built as one of the largest district cooling systems in the world, with multiple plants feeding an integrated network. ADC is delivering the North District Cooling Plant turnkey — 84,000 TR of plant capacity with a single 12,000 TR thermal energy storage tank housed in the development's landmark ornamental tower.

The EPC programme runs 23 months, with ADC's engineering, process, electrical and civil teams working as one site organisation.
