Scope
What ADC delivers
A district cooling plant is also an industrial building. ADC delivers the full MEP scope for plant and utility buildings: HVAC and ventilation for chiller halls and electrical rooms, water and drainage, lighting and small power, communications and the building management system.
Delivered by the same site team as the process plant, so building services are coordinated with equipment access, pipe routes and cable trays from the BIM model onwards.
