Saraya Corniche DCP

Engineering, procurement and construction of the 20,000 TR phase one plant for the Saraya development on the Abu Dhabi Corniche.

For the Saraya Abu Dhabi Corniche development, ADC was appointed to engineer, procure and construct phase one of a 20,000 TR district cooling plant — a complete facility covering structural, architectural, process cooling, water, drainage, fire-fighting, HVAC, electrical, communication and control systems.

Work commenced in January 2014 and was delivered in 15 months, meeting all governmental and environmental requirements.
