Dubai Parks & Resorts CHW Network

Eight kilometres of secondary chilled-water network with energy transfer stations serving motiongate, LEGOLAND, LEGOLAND Water Park and Bollywood Parks.

Meraas engaged ADC to develop the district cooling infrastructure for Dubai Parks & Resorts, the multi-themed entertainment complex on Sheikh Zayed Road. ADC verified the design and built the chilled-water networks for motiongate Dubai and LEGOLAND Dubai, with district cooling as the primary air-conditioning solution across the resort.

The scope covers 8 km of secondary chilled-water piping, energy transfer stations and plants of 6,000 TR — ADC's longest single network reference.
