The project entails a DBO (Design, Build, and Operate) Contract for the district cooling plant in Riyadh for MISK City (MISK Foundation). ADC Energy Systems and Dalkia KSA formed a consortium that together will complete the EPC and O&M Works respectively. The final capacity of DCP will be 23,800 TR, which consists of 18,000 TR Parallel flow centrifugal chillers and One Thermal Energy Storage tank with 44,900 TR.Hr storage capacity capable of supplying 5,800 TR at a maximum discharge rate.
