Dragon Mart Modular DCP

For the expansion of Dragon Mart on Dubai–Hatta Road, ADC designed and built a 7,500 TR modular package district cooling plant for Nakheel / New Mall Limited — chiller modules, pumps, cooling towers and power modules on steel framing, with piping, HVAC, drainage, fire-fighting, electrical and control systems and the associated civil works.

The modular approach delivered a complete plant meeting governmental and environmental requirements on a compressed programme.
