JVC RO Plant
Ultrafiltration and RO trains turning treated sewage effluent into 6,500 m³/day of cooling-tower makeup water for the JVC district cooling plant.
Alongside the unmanned Jumeirah Village Circle plant, ADC built the reverse osmosis plant that supplies its cooling towers: ultrafiltration and RO trains treating sewage effluent from 2,500 ppm feed down to 200 ppm permeate, at 6,500 m³/day.
The plant replaces potable water with recycled water for the largest consumer in the facility — ADC's largest RO reference.
