Misk City DCP
Design, build and operate for Riyadh's Misk City — chilled water for phase one of the entire development.
Misk City is a new non-profit city for youth on the outskirts of Riyadh. ADC was appointed on a design-build-operate basis to deliver the district cooling plant serving phase one of the whole development — 23,800 TR with a single 16,500 m³ thermal energy storage tank — with Arcadis / JLL as the owner's engineer.
ADC delivered the plant in 24 months and continues to operate it.
