Full execution of the mechanical and electrical processes of the King Saud University Endowment district cooling plant, serving 680,000 m² of built-up area.

The King Saud University Endowment development in Riyadh is served by a district cooling plant operated by City Cool, a unit of Al Rajhi Investment Group. ADC executed all mechanical and electrical processes of the plant — 18,300 TR including thermal energy storage tanks — serving approximately 680,000 m² of building space.

The plant was engineered for reliability, operational performance and maximum uptime, and delivered with an O&M term.
