Saadiyat Island DCP 2 & 3
Two of the three plants serving Saadiyat Island's 27 km² cultural, residential and resort districts — DCP 2 at 12,500 TR and DCP 3 at 35,000 TR.
Saadiyat Island's district cooling concession — originally Paragon ABD Cooling, a Dalkia / Arcapita joint venture later novated to Saadiyat Cooling LLC under TDIC — serves the island's Cultural District, Promenade District of resorts and hotels, and Saadiyat Beach District across 27 km².
ADC delivered DCP 2 (12,500 TR, completed 2013) and DCP 3 (35,000 TR) turnkey, together with a 22 kV substation distributing 20 MW — plants designed around utmost reliability, high performance and maximum operability.
